4 Eligibility to use the service

8 Ownership of scientific data and the export promise

The Company acts as a custodian that keeps the data useful and safe.

At any time while an account is active, a laboratory may request a structured export of its own records in a standard, well-documented format designed for portability. When an account closes, the facility receives the same export and WeiergeBio reserves no copy of the scientific content beyond the period its own lawful obligations require.
Because the audit world sometimes demands that a record survive independent of a vendor, the export format is published openly so that another platform could import a laboratory history. 9 Fees, payment and the subscription model

To the extent the law allows, the Company liability is capped at an amount tied to the fees the facility paid over the period most recent to the claim, which keeps any dispute proportionate on both sides.

16 Feedback and optional improvements

Where a facility suggests an improvement to the shared product, the Company may choose to implement that improvement for the benefit of all of its customers.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, an improvement made to the general product does not belong to the suggesting laboratory, because WeiergeBio builds and pays for the common engine. Feedback that a customer submits is given freely, and no facility is ever required to hand over its own confidential process merely to offer a useful idea.
A customer that wants a bespoke change kept private within its own tenant may commission that work as a professional service under a specific scope. That private adaptation belongs to the facility, while the Company continues to own the code base such a change is built upon, preserving the clean division this section describes.
17 Changes to these terms
Henan Weierge Biotechnology Co., Ltd. may revise these Terms of Service as the platform, the law or commercial practice evolves. When a revision changes a meaningful right or duty, the Company posts the new wording on this page with a refreshed effective date and notifies an enrolled laboratory through its ordinary support channel in advance of the change taking effect.
Continuing to use the platform after a stated revision date is treated as acceptance of the revised terms in the normal commercial sense.
